Dough to stone to slice to table
the friday ritual

Four steps, one great night

  1. 01

    Prep the dough

Scrapers, proofing boxes and a guided mat make dough calm and repeatable.

  2. 02

    Crisp on the stone

A hot stone or steel gives a home oven its dry, blistered base.

  3. 03

    Launch, turn, slice

Peels land the pie; a rocker cutter finishes it edge to edge.

  4. 04

    Bring it to the table

Boards, a rotating stand and plates carry it to everyone.

Hot out of the oven

Stones, steels and pans come out searingly hot. Always use oven gloves and a rest, and let them cool before touching. Home ovens only — we sell no open-flame appliances, fuel or charcoal.

Care for your stone

Never wet a hot stone — thermal shock can crack it. Scrape and brush dry, and skip the detergent, which soaks in. Keep steel dry and lightly oiled; hand-wash and re-oil wood.

Sharp, food-safe tools

Cutters and scissors are sharp culinary tools — not toys, not weapons. Food-contact items list their food-grade material and temperature rating. Children cook only with an adult.

Your first pizza night starts with one stone.

Answer four quick questions and we’ll build the set that fits your oven and your table — no guesswork, no takeaway.
