How does billing work?
Card billing is being set up, so memberships start by email: we confirm your plan, price and renewal date before anything is charged. Once active, plans renew each month or year at the price shown, in USD, until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime by emailing us or from your account. Your benefits stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the plan simply stops renewing.
Are there points or credits?
No. Stonebake Club is a pure subscription for service benefits — there are no points, no stored value and no top-ups. Benefits apply in real time while your plan is active and do not carry over.
What arrives with Bake Studio?
One physical pizza tool each quarter, chosen from our lines and shipped to you. Quarterly items already shipped aren't refundable, but you can cancel future ones anytime.
