Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Stonebake collects, why, and your rights over it. We collect only what we need to run the store and ship your order — and we never sell your data.
Tools only. We never sell or ship food, ingredients or drinks. Cruets ship empty; the journal ships blank.
High heat. Stones and steels come out searingly hot and can crack from thermal shock. Use gloves and a rest; home ovens only.
Who we are
Stonebake is a trading name of ANTICOLI PIZZA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the Stonebake online store at anticolipizza.shop, selling home pizza-night kitchenware and tableware. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Governing law: England and Wales. We comply with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
What we collect
Order and checkout details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and country. These are needed to process and deliver your order.
Account and membership data: your email, plan status and order history if you create an account or join Stonebake Club.
Payment data: we do not take card details on this site. When card payments are enabled they will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: basic analytics and cookie data to keep the site working and improve it — see our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect government ID, and we never store card numbers in plain text.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your orders and returns.
To manage memberships, renewals and cancellations.
To respond to contact and gift-order enquiries.
With your separate opt-in, to send occasional pizza-night tool tips and new-product news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We keep enquiry and lead data for no longer than 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case we keep order records as required by law.
Legal bases
Contract: to fulfil orders and memberships you place.
Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the store and prevent fraud.
Consent: for optional marketing and non-essential cookies.
Legal obligation: to keep tax and transaction records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
California residents may request disclosure of the data collected and opt out of any sale of data — we do not sell data.
To exercise any right, email support@anticolipizza.shop. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Lead and enquiry data is held for up to 24 months.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect it.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 13, who may not use it or provide data. Users aged 13 to 17 must have verifiable guardian consent. Cooking with our tools by minors must always be supervised by an adult.
